When you place an order on FastPrint24, you have two printing options: standard (inkjet) or premium (laser). We explain the difference and help you choose the right one based on your work.
Standard printing (inkjet)
Many people avoid inkjet printing because they think the ink smudges easily or stains in contact with other materials. It's a valid concern, but it doesn't apply to us.
The inks we use on FastPrint24 for inkjet printing are made of special pigments that don't fade even if highlighted with a marker or felt-tip pen. The print remains intact even with heavy use.
When to choose inkjet (standard):
✓ University course materials and lecture notes
✓ Black-and-white books
✓ Standard text documents
✓ Anything where you don't need particularly bright colors
It's the right choice when you want reliable quality at a very low price, without paying extra for a quality you don't actually need.
Premium printing (laser)
Laser printing is the solution when colors matter. Instead of liquid ink, the laser printer uses a special powder (toner) that gives the paper a slightly glossy finish and more vivid, defined colors.
When to choose laser (premium):
✓ Brochures and promotional flyers
✓ Invitations, cards, announcements
✓ Photos and materials with many images
✓ Medical courses or technical materials rich in tables, diagrams, and color illustrations
You'll get well-defined colors, perfect for your presentation needs.
How to choose
The practical rule is simple: inkjet when the content is mostly text, laser when there are many images or colors to make stand out.
If you're unsure, you can always ask for a free sample: we'll print a sample page with both methods and send you photos or videos of the result, so you can decide with confidence.
