This Privacy Policy describes how PRINTER INK DI ZADARKO OLENA collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users who access the website fastprint24.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). Providing personal data is necessary to access our services. Failure to provide the requested data may prevent order completion.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
1. Contract execution: Order processing and management.
2. Legal obligations: Data retention for accounting and tax compliance.
3. Legitimate interest: Website improvement and service-related communication.
4. Consent: Sending newsletters or promotional material, subject to explicit consent.
5. Data Retention
Data will be stored for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations:
• Order data: Stored for 10 years in accordance with tax regulations.
• Marketing data: Stored until consent is withdrawn.
6. Data Sharing
Personal data may be shared with:
• Service providers: Stripe, PayPal, couriers for order delivery.
• File storage: files uploaded from the calculator are stored on our servers or on Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc., data in the European Union). Files not ordered are deleted automatically within 30 days; files of orders are kept up to 60 days after shipping, so they can be reordered, then deleted. Deleted files stay 30 more days in a protected bin that only we can access, so they can be recovered in case of a mistake; then they are permanently erased. Customers can delete their own files at any time in the «Files PDF» section of their profile, on the website and in the app.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
9.1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when visiting a website. They contain information that helps enhance the browsing experience and personalize services.
9.2. Types of Cookies Used
1. Technical Cookies (Essential):
• Necessary for the website to function properly (e.g., remembering cart contents, login status).
• Do not require user consent.
• The technical cookie fu_owner (90 days): identifies anonymously the upload of files from the calculator, so an interrupted upload resumes and nobody else can access your files. It is necessary for the service you request.
2. Performance and Analytics Cookies:
• Collect anonymous information about site usage, such as most visited pages or session duration.
• Tools like Google Analytics are used. Data is anonymized and used solely for service improvement.
3. Profiling and Marketing Cookies:
• Track user navigation to offer personalized content and ads.
• May be used by third-party platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Pixel.
• Require explicit user consent.
9.3. Cookie Management
On first access, a banner allows the user to:
• Accept all cookies
• Reject non-essential cookies

9.5. Third-Party Cookies
The site uses third-party cookies for enhanced features and integration with external platforms, including:
• Google Analytics
• Facebook Pixel
• ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI): only after cookie consent, to measure visits, add-to-cart, checkout, orders, sign-ups and logins coming from our ads on ChatGPT. It sets the cookies __oppref (30 days) and __obref (12 months); email and customer ID, also when detected automatically by the pixel, are sent only as a hash (SHA-256), never in clear text. These are managed by third parties and governed by their privacy policies.
9.6. Consent and Revocation
Users can provide or withdraw consent for profiling/marketing cookies at any time via the Cookie Preference Center or browser settings.
10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be published on the site and, where required, notified via email. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
11. Complaints
In case of complaints regarding data processing, users can contact our Data Protection Officer or the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
12. Artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence in two services. In neither of them are decisions taken solely by automated processing (Art. 22 GDPR).
12.1 Reply proposals for support requests (Anthropic)
When you write to us with the support button («Assistenza») of your order, or by replying to our support emails, an artificial intelligence model provided by Anthropic (Claude) may prepare a proposed reply. The proposal is never sent automatically: one of our operators reads it and decides whether to send it, edit it or write their own reply.
To prepare the proposal we send Anthropic only the data needed:
• the text of your request and of the earlier messages in the same conversation, after automatically removing the personal data it recognises (names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, IBANs and card numbers). The automatic filter may not recognise everything, so please do not write data that is not needed in your request;
• the order data needed for the reply: order number and status, dates, amounts, payment and shipping method, payment status, carrier and tracking code, number of files and pages.
We do not send attachments, files uploaded for printing, card or bank account details, or your contact details.
Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in replying quickly and correctly (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Anthropic processes this data on our behalf as a processor, does not use it to train its models and keeps it only for the limited period set out in its commercial terms. Anthropic is based in the United States: the data is transferred outside the European Union with the safeguards of Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
To check the quality of our replies, support conversations, after the automatic removal of the personal data the filter recognises (names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, IBAN codes and card numbers), may be reviewed by the same Anthropic model (Claude), under the conditions described above; this check is used only to improve our support, leads to no decision about you and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Proposals and the data used to prepare them stay on our servers for 90 days and are then deleted; we keep only technical data without any text (for example whether a proposal was used and what it cost).
You can object at any time by writing to the contacts in section 2: from then on your requests will be handled without artificial intelligence.
12.2 Automatic chat assistant (OpenAI)
The chat on fastprint24.com and in the FastPrint24 app is run by an automatic assistant based on an OpenAI model. The messages you write in the chat, including any data you choose to enter (for example your order number or email address), are sent to OpenAI to generate the answer, so the chat is not anonymous. Please do not enter payment data, passwords or documents in the chat.
OpenAI processes this data on our behalf as a processor and is based in the United States; the transfer uses the safeguards of Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses). Chat conversations are kept on our servers for as long as needed to provide support and to handle any disputes.
To check the quality of the assistant’s answers, chat conversations, after the automatic removal of the personal data the filter recognises (names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, IBAN codes and card numbers), may be reviewed by an artificial intelligence model from Anthropic (Claude), which processes them on our behalf as a processor with the safeguards described in section 12.1; this check is used only to improve the assistant, leads to no decision about you and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions about our services straight away and, for questions about orders, performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

13. Account & Data Deletion – FastPrint24 / Mobile App
How to request account deletion
You can request the deletion of your FastPrint24 account and associated personal data at any time.
To submit a deletion request, please send an email from the email address associated with your account to:

Once your request is verified, the following data will be permanently deleted:
User account and login credentials
Personal information (name, email, phone number)

Uploaded files (PDFs and documents used for printing)
Order history linked to your account (except data required by law)
Data retention required by law
Please note that certain data cannot be immediately deleted due to legal and accounting obligations under EU and Italian law, including:
Invoices and payment records
Transaction data required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes
Such data is retained only for the legally required period (typically up to 10 years) and is not used for marketing or profiling.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days
Uploaded files are removed as part of the deletion process
After deletion, the account cannot be recovered
